Join Our Team as a Wastewater Operator – Where Water Gets a Fresh Start!
Salary: $28.00 - $35.80 per hour PLUS $0.50/hour Treatment Operations shift differential along with double time paid when working Sundays and Holidays.
New Schedule and Unified Operations Group: 10-week rotation among 10 Operators with the majority of shifts being the 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm dayshift along with multiple three-to-four-day long weekends during the shift rotations.

What You'll Do:
- Operate and Maintain Systems: Manage and monitor wastewater treatment processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and fix equipment issues, keeping our operations running at peak performance.
- Quality Control: Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Innovate: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or vocational training in wastewater technology, environmental science, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in wastewater treatment or a related field is a plus, but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate!
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic treatment processes.
- Possession or the ability to obtain WDNR Wastewater Operator certification (certification subgrades A1, B, C, D, L, P and SS) within 48 months of employment and maintain the certificate when employed.
