Public Health Scholar

Applications close January 31, 2025.
This 8-week summer program is designed for undergraduate students and recent graduates to explore the field of public health. The 2025 program will run from June 22 to August 16. Scholars will receive a $4,000 stipend, housing, and some meals.
Eligibility:
- Education - must meet one of the following by the start of the program
- Undergrad entering year 3 or above
- Transfer or community college graduate
- Recent grad from Fall 2024-Spring 2025
who hasn’t enrolled in a grad program
- Additional criteria - must meet and have proof of all of the following
- Eligibility Criteria
- U.S. Citizen, National or Resident (DACA eligible)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Attend U.S. or U.S. territory institution
- There is no GPA requirement
- You have not participated in another CDC Lewis Scholars Program
