Role Overview:
As a PR & Growth Intern, you'll be pivotal in helping The Tribalist build brand awareness, expand our reach, and foster strong relationships with key media outlets and partners. You’ll assist in developing and executing PR strategies alongside our PR Lead, define forward-looking social media campaigns, and other growth initiatives to amplify our voice in the sustainability and home organization space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in creating press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and other content to showcase our sustainability mission and home organization services.
- Research and compile media lists; assist in building relationships with journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing social media strategies, creating content calendars, and engaging with our online community.
- Collaborate on initiatives to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and user engagement.
- Analyze the performance of PR campaigns and growth initiatives; provide data-driven insights for ongoing improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore new PR angles and growth tactics.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand, Home Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and/or design
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive approach to tasks.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months
Hours: Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Compensation: Variable, driven by milestone achievement and leads generated
