Student Success Graduate Assistant-Assessment
This GA position will provide valuable experience for a student in an academic program with a strong focus on data analysis. Basic technical skills, including Excel proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data-cleaning functions, are required. Knowledge of data collection, visualization tools, and comfortability using AI integration is preferred.
The GA will gain an understanding of action cycles and assessment metrics for success and retention initiatives. In this role, the GA will have the opportunity to deliver assessment data and reports that support the university's retention efforts, enhance students' educational experiences, and allow a holistic understanding of assessment methodology.
The Graduate Assistant (GA)Assessment position within Student Success at Kutztown University is a 20-hour-a-week position. The GA's primary responsibility will be to support programmatic assessment within the Center for Student Success & Academic Excellence at Kutztown University and offices reporting to the Associate Provost, aligning with the university's mission of fostering student success and academic excellence.
This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours for the spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester. Please contact Cheryl Brattley for additional information if needed at cbrattley@kutztown.edu.
