Job Description
Information Technology (IT) is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join its IT Platform Infrastructure (ITPI) team. The new team member will have the opportunity to provide leadership in the design, implement, secure, and support a diverse assortment of IT equipment including networking, servers, clients, firewalls, storage, and backup systems. As deployed systems grow and mature, you will have opportunities to lean the research and recommendation of new technologies which will be implemented to add functionality, increase capacity, and improve performance.
Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT) or Enterprise-wide system and/or applications.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teaming, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience with one or more of networking, servers, clients, firewalls, storage, backups, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational technology and industrial control system concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge in one or more technologies, protocols, services, or operating systems including Windows, Active Directory, VMware, PowerShell, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, VLANs, VRF, ACLs, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Vulnerability management, patching, and scanning.

Pay Range
$76,400.00 - $117,000.00 annually

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
