Billing Analyst

Barton Associates is looking for a bright and driven individual to fill an entry level role as a Billing Analyst within our Finance Department. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with several different financial operations crucial to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Review weekly billing & payroll to ensure accuracy
  • Take ownership of external payroll system
  • Prepare weekly sales commission and distribute reports to management
  • Analyze weekly billing detail to report markup detail and budget tracking to management
  • Take ownership of “scheduled” vs “worked” days in CRM to maintain production and forecasting data for management
  • Other general accounting tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of general ledger and financial reporting systems
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service mindset
