Enterprise Systems Specialist
Responsibilities: This position plays a critical role in enhancing and streamlining enterprise systems across the college. This position focuses on digitizing workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and optimizing processes within the Student Information System (Jenzabar) to support efficient campus operations. The specialist will engage with faculty and staff to gather feedback, implement digital solutions, and provide technical support to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications: Applicant must have an Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related certifications preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in systems integration or enterprise systems support. Strong expertise in system integration and automation, specifically working with enterprise software like Jenzabar, PowerFAIDS, and similar tools. Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, and API integration for data reporting and process improvement. Experience in digitizing workflows and converting paper-based processes into automated, electronic systems. Knowledge of system troubleshooting and performance optimization. Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from non-technical users and provide technical solutions. Ability to document processes and provide training to end-users. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to improve system functionality and address technical issues.
Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $53,000 - $58,000.
Fringe Benefits: This position covers health insurance at 100% for employee. Additional optional coverages include dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, and long- and short-term disability. Other benefits include retirement under the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, accrued sick leave, vacation, paid holidays, and an employee reimbursement/dependent scholarship program. Health benefits require a 60-day employment period.
