What You'll Do:
- Conduct engaging online sessions via video conference
- Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction tailored to students' goals and interests
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment where students can express themselves freely
- Provide technical support and ensure students have the required software and hardware
- Collaborate with a nationwide team of passionate educators
You're Perfect for This Role If You Have:
- Expertise in subjects related to iD Tech's course offerings
- A college degree (or pursuing one) in a related field of study
- Experience or strong interest in tutoring kids and teens
- Excellent "stage presence" on camera and ability to engage students remotely
- Strong communication and organizational skills

This position pays $16/hr except in the following locations:
- California: $17/hr unless minimum wage is higher, in which case pay rate will be compliant with minimum wage
- Employees in areas outside of California that have a minimum wage higher than $16/hr will be paid an hourly rate compliant with minimum wage
This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits, such as paid sick leave, as required by state or local law.
Hiring begins 10/29/24 and continues through approximately 5/15/25. The number of available positions diminishes further into our hiring season.
