Human Resources Internship Opportunity with Roy Rogers Restaurants Headquarters!
Location: 7490 New Technology Way, Suite A, Frederick, MD 21703
Pay Rate: $15/hr.
Hours: Office hours 9 AM to 5 PM, but can work with the student’s schedule

What You’ll Do
- Hiring & Onboarding Support: Help facilitate new hire orientations, create recruiting materials, and support management onboarding.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with HR communications and plan engagement events like Associate Appreciation Week and various staff activities.
- Attraction & Marketing: Create hiring materials (job flyers, banners) and assist in managing our job postings across job boards and social media. You’ll also work with our Marketing Department on social media messaging.
- Retention & Record Management: Assist in maintaining personnel records, support with HR compliance audits, and coordinate communication for insurance, 401(k), and other programs.
- Training Coordination: Support our training efforts by helping to organize classroom sessions, workshops, and e-learnings.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Current college student or recent graduate with a passion for Human Resources.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, great at multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team Player: Eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
- Customer Service Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile for team members.
- Driver’s License: Valid license and proper car insurance coverage are required.
