Oracle Business Analyst

Graviton Consulting is accepting applications for an exciting role. Applicants that are selected into the program and successfully will be offered the opportunity to join Graviton as a full-time Oracle Business Analyst.

 

Applicants are preferably required to be local to the CA area and will be required to be on-site with our client as per the project location on a few days in the week. Based on your performance, you would be assigned to clients across the United States and potentially overseas. At this time, you can assume that the job will be 80% remote though at times, we do require you to travel to client sites.

 

Each consultant hired will be assigned to a senior consultant and will shadow them throughout the project. You will be expected to assist in the project while learning to be able to perform independently in future projects. 

 

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Masters degree preferably in Computer Science or Mathematics is highly preferred
  • As an Oracle Business Analyst, you will participate in the design, development, testing, and delivery of Oracle application solutions for Graviton clients.
    Participate in business process design, developing and maintaining business process maps, application mind maps, use cases, etc.
  • Configure Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) including application setup, workflows, security, etc.
  • Create Business Intelligence reports and analytics using Oracle's state-of-the-art reporting tools.
  • Execute client testing programs by developing test scenarios, implementing test plans, and documenting test results.
  • Participate in end-user training content development.
  • Participate in the Oracle updates to get acquainted with the new products and versions of Oracle HCM.
  • The most versatile candidates will serve in lead roles working directly with Graviton US-based consultants.
