The Division of Drinking Water is recruiting for a Water Resource Control Engineer to work in the Technical Operations Section of the Program Management Branch. The position will be located at one of the Division of Drinking Water’s field offices:

  • Redding – 364 Knollcrest Drive, Suite 101, Redding, CA 96002.

Duties:

Under the close supervision of the Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer of the Technical Operations Section, the incumbent will perform varied and complex technical and engineering tasks.

Candidates must possess essential personal qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, the ability to work cooperatively with others, and the ability to perform the assigned duties of the class.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
