Education Center Course Consultant
The Education Center Course Consultant will support the Education Center Manager in the daily operations of the education center. This role involves a variety of administrative, operational, and educational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the center. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist the Education Center Manager in managing the daily operations of the center.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from parents, students, and staff.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and scheduling.
Prepare and organize materials for classes, meetings, and events.
Student and Parent Interaction:
Greet and assist students and parents as they arrive at the center.
Provide information and answer questions about programs, schedules, and services.
Assist in the enrollment and orientation process for new students.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Help coordinate class schedules, room assignments, and instructor availability.
Assist in organizing and managing special events, workshops, and activities.
Monitor and update the center’s calendar and ensure all appointments are managed effectively.
Support for Educational Programs:
Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
Support instructors with classroom setup and material distribution.
Help monitor student progress and communicate any concerns to the Education Center Manager.
Facility Management:
Ensure that the education center is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Order and manage supplies and inventory for the center.
Report any facility issues to the appropriate department or service provider.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the Education Center Manager, instructors, parents, and students.
Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to support the center’s goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in an educational or administrative role is an advantage.
Experience working with children and parents in an educational setting is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
Speak fluent English and Chinese

Salary or Payment:
Hourly rate from $15/hr to $20/hr, depends on student's background, capability and experience.
Or from $37440 to $41600 annual depneds on background, experience and capability.
