Registered Respiratory Therapist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for our client, located in Wilmington, OH, 45177. This role will work on the Night Shift (6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.)
 
Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $48,000 - $64,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiently operate equipment used in resuscitation, continuous ventilation, respiratory care, and 12-lead electrocardiography.
• Organize and deliver in-service programs for the respiratory services staff and other patient care staff as needed.
• Provide high-quality care and support to patients, following established guidelines and protocols.

 Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) approved respiratory therapy program.
• Licensure: Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained prior to the first shift worked.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
