Brassclub Elite Leadership Internship: CMO, CPO, and CFO Intern Positions (6 Positions Total)


 

Brassclub is seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals for Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles. These are full-time, unpaid internships designed for those who want to step into key leadership positions and gain real-world experience managing a company with over 35,000 products and $7 million in inquiries this year. This is a unique opportunity to play a major role in shaping the future of a fast-growing company.

Available Leadership Roles:


 

1. Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Intern (2 Positions)


 

As CMO, you will drive Brassclub’s entire marketing strategy and ensure the company continues to grow its brand presence and capture market share.


 

Responsibilities:


 

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

Digital Campaigns: Oversee social media, content creation, and paid digital campaigns, ensuring strong online presence and engagement.

Brand Development: Manage and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Influencer Partnerships: Establish strategic marketing partnerships with influencers and industry leaders to broaden Brassclub’s reach.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use customer data and analytics to guide marketing strategies and optimize performance.


 

Requirements:


 

• Prior marketing leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.


 

2. Chief Product Officer (CPO) Intern (2 Positions)


 

As CPO, you will oversee the development, sourcing, and optimization of Brassclub’s vast product lineup, ensuring we offer top-quality products that meet customer demands.


 

Responsibilities:


 

Product Strategy: Lead product development and identify new product lines to meet market trends.

Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the best product quality and pricing.

Product Launches: Plan and oversee the launch of new products, ensuring timely execution and market impact.

Inventory & Supply Chain: Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth supply chain operations.

Product Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve product offerings based on customer feedback and performance data.


 

Requirements:


 

• Proven experience in product management or merchandising, with a strong background in inventory and supply chain management.


 

3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Intern (2 Positions)


 

As CFO, you will take charge of Brassclub’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term profitability.


 

Responsibilities:


 

Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting and forecasting.

Cash Flow Management: Ensure proper cash flow management to support the company’s growth.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Cost Optimization: Work with other departments to optimize costs and maximize profitability.

Investor Relations: Assist in managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing financial insights and updates.


 

Requirements:


 

• Experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.

Requirements for All Positions:


 

Bachelor’s Degree Required: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Product Management, or related fields.

Experience Required: Previous leadership or management experience in the respective field (marketing, product management, or finance).

Full-Time Commitment: Available 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday (New York Time), with additional weekend work as needed.

Unpaid Role: These are unpaid internships, but the experience and responsibility you will gain are invaluable.
