Staff Services Analyst

Under supervision of Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent is responsible for providing analytical support to Customer Service Management, Product Management, Enterprise Management, OTD Management, along with other sensitive accounts. SSA is responsible for tracking sales orders, deliveries, resolving customer complaints and representing CALPIA during customer meetings, and providing analysis and assistance as required.

This position is in Folsom when reporting to the office, near Folsom Lake, and offers free parking. Location is close to walking trails, Historic Folsom, eateries, and shopping. Position is eligible for hybrid telework.

Monthly Salary: $3,749 -$ 6,093 AND state benefits for you and your family and CalPers retirement plan!

Desirable Qualifications:

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff at all levels
  • Excellent typing, computer, organizational, and analytical abilities required
  • Positive attitude, good attendance, strong initiative and ability to work well under  pressure are desirable
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to handle critical assignments, be a leader, work in a team environment, as well as ability to work around inmates.
  • Knowledge of CALPIA products and services is an asset
  • Experience creating, tracking, or reporting documents and projects
  • Experience resolving discrepancies
  • Experience in process improvements/ISO
  • Experience with organizing and presenting data
  • Experience in the use of: Database/Salesforce/ERP/SAGE/Excel
  • Experience in detail-oriented data entry
  • Experience in conducting thorough research
