Summer Interface and Performance Internship Position (Richmond, VA)

Evonik is hiring a summer intern within Interface and Performance on the Release Coatings Team! We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the lab and comfortable learning new test equipment. This is primarily a lab based job and most of the testing is physical applications testing. When not in the lab the intern will be working on compiling data to share with the team, and they should be comfortable with Excel and Powerpoint. We are looking for a candidate that feels comfortable being in the lab unaccompanied and being able to run long-term studies independently, after training. A lot of the work in the RC group is technical service related, so solutions you help find could be used in the real world by Evonik customers! Ideally the candidate would be a student earning their Chemistry or Chem E degree, and would be local to Richmond, VA.
