Customer Experience Design and Strategy Intern

As a Customer Experience Design and Strategy Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development of professional learning experiences and customer engagement strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to educational initiatives related to our supplemental portfolio of products and broader trends in pedagogy and instruction. You will assist with content creation for our Educator Communities and help plan and execute customer-facing events that support educators across the country.

You'll play a vital role in supporting educators across the country, making a tangible difference in their classrooms. This experience will not only broaden your knowledge but also empower you to make a meaningful impact on the future of education! 

This is a 10-week summer internship from June 9th – August 22nd and is a remote internship. Candidates need to currently be pursuing a degree within the United States. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Assist in the creation and design of professional learning experiences for customers, tailored to our supplemental educational products.  
  • Contribute to the development of platform-agnostic professional learning experiences focused on pedagogy, instruction, and educational trends.  
  • Support the creation of engaging content for our Educator Communities, Summer Webinar Series, and other digital platforms.  
  • Assist in the planning and execution of customer-facing events, ensuring smooth operations and effective engagement with participants.  
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas for professional development and customer engagement strategies. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Enrolled in a BA, BS, or master's degree program in Education, Educational Leadership, Communications, or Instructional Technology  
  •  A passion for education and a desire to make an impact in the K-12 space.  
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Experience with or interest in creating digital content, including video and print, and engaging with online communities.  
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from a collaborative team environment.  
  • Knowledge of instructional design, educational technology, or event planning is a plus.

The pay range for this position is between $18-$20/hour, however, pay offered may vary depending on degree pursuing, knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
