Marketing Intern

T3 is a small business established in 1997 in and located in Rancho Cordova. We are R2v3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist our team with multiple online stores across several online sales platforms, social media platforms and our own website and online store.

On-the-job training is provided. This is an in-person position with the possibility of working remote or hybrid schedule once established. This is also an opportunity to gain experience working in both the purchasing and sales side of an established R2V3 and ISO 14001/45001 certified business. 

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or a related discipline

Passion for e-commerce, online retail, marketing

Creative and forward thinking

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

Familiarity with photography, image and video editing, and graphic design

Previous experience with website and digital marketing projects

Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Create engaging content for company website, online store and social media platforms

Manage and grow social media platforms 

Manage and grow customer database

SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn

Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities and potential challenges

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

$16-$18 per hour DOE, part time 15-20 hours per week (scheduled within office hours: M-F, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
