PTA Duties:

• Assist the physical therapist in providing patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions.
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities.
• Utilize Pilates Matwork exercises as part of our holistic rehab process.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership qualities and training abilities are a plus.
