E-Commerce & Digital Team Intern
McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time E-Commerce & Digital Team Intern in the Global Marketing Digital Transformation Team located at the Global Corporate Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This is a 10-week internship (June 2 - August 8, 2024) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

This position involves overseeing product listings, coordinating promotions, managing content, merchandising testing and analyzing website performance to drive sales growth. He/she will work with a multifunctional team to optimize the digital experience across our ecommerce and digital touchpoints to drive sales and build our brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make recommendations for improvement on our product listings and inventory management (additions/deletions). Deep dive on best approaches for collections and A/B test merchandising approaches
- Work with Digital Marketing and the Culinary team to test different content approaches to drive sales through text messaging and email.
- Define and test different approaches to drive sales through our recipes
- Open PO’s and track payments to key agencies and contractors while assisting in the store budget management
- Report performance of campaigns to commercial and brand teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate rising junior or senior at an accredited college/university majoring in Marketing, or related field required. (Expected graduation between 2026-2027)
- Must be a Team player
- Willingness to learn
Based Hourly Range: $20/hr. - $25/hr.
Base hourly compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
