Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist (this position is fully remote)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Carry a caseload of 30-50 behavioral health patients in community based mental health practice. These patients can be any combination of individuals, couples, and families. 
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication with clients. In our community based practice, clients vary in age and presenting problem.
  • Conduct weekly to monthly treatment via telehealth depending on client needs. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and support.
  • Stay informed about best practices in behavioral health and relevant community resources.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
  • State licensure (LCSW or equivalent) from Massachusetts or Rhode Island is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms is a plus.
