Position Overview:
As a Data Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations through data quality monitoring, account and contact enrichment, and product provisioning. You will have the unique opportunity to partner with our professional services team on product launches and gain valuable insights into our sales program and revenue operations functions.
Duration:
This is a six-month internship starting in November and concluding in April.
Compensation:
This position is hourly, with compensation based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Monitoring: Assist in maintaining the integrity of customer data, ensuring that account and contact information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Data Enrichment: Support the enrichment of account and contact data, leveraging external data sources and tools.
- Product Provisioning & Deprovisioning: Aid in the setup and management of customer accounts, including provisioning and deprovisioning of products.
- Project Creation and Support: Assist in the creation of packaged offerings and custom services projects, including quality checks on opportunities to ensure all required documentation is provided. Support time card tracking, and handle basic inquiries related to system issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Revenue Operations and report to the Director of Revenue Operations, while learning from key stakeholders across the organization.
