Branded Product Assistant

Position: Branded Product Assistant

 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented hire to concept, source and support the team in delivery of branded products to clients.  The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent leadership skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate across departments, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a passion for marketing, an obsession with structure and organization, and a keen eye for selecting products that resonate with clients’ brand identities. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and translate consumer trends into innovative, sophisticated branded products and gifting opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication between clients and vendors.
  • Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Asana and other project management tools.
  • Organize project information, maintaining detailed spreadsheets and reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Source trend-forward, elevated products, prepare polished client presentations, and coordinate with vendors for stock, samples, and shipping.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Engage with clients promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Confirm product designs and specifications with clients, create presentations and invoices, and ensure timely follow-up on delivery and feedback.
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure product availability, negotiate orders, and track shipments within budget constraints.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using Asana and other project management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience in branding or marketing.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in consumer trends, branding, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
