Worship Leader

You will have a passionate faith in Jesus and a heart for reaching those far from Christ. Inspiring others through music to draw near to God is your priority. You are proficient in singing lead, playing an instrument, and leading musicians to create dynamic Christ-centered moments of reverence and celebration with sets that include top worship songs from artists like Elevation, Wickham, Brandon Lake etc… 
You will recruit and rehearse gifted volunteer and paid musicians to deliver consistent high-quality musicianship. Recruiting will include auditions where you will approve some and graciously decline others from the band. You will lead by example and encourage relationship building with new guests on a weekly basis. Clothing yourself with humility and being a flexible team player comes easy for you. This is a part time hourly position. 8-12 hours/week. Sunday: 8:30am - noon, a two hour rehearsal during the week, and the balance of time would be for planning (Planning Center Online), personal rehearsal, recruiting and other meetings. We are also open to hiring you as a contract worship leader (solo artist or your band) for any Sundays you have available. Be prepared to submit a video of you leading two songs that highlight your skill set. Know that we are praying for you!
