Your Team, Your Impact

The M&A Integration and Business Transformation team is responsible for leading cross-functional coordination and strategic planning in various projects in Marvell. Our team is tasked with integrating processes, systems, and cultures to achieve Marvell’s organizational goals. We work with a variety of functions including Finance, Operations, Central Engineering, Facilities, and more to drive process improvement and effective change management across the company.

 

What You Can Expect

As a Project Management Intern, you will have cross-functional exposure to various Marvell areas ranging from Business Unit initiatives to M&A Integration activities for ongoing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to interact with a variety of business stakeholders and learn about what it takes to manage transformational projects on a broad level at Marvell.

  • Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables on a timeline
  • Maintain communication with key stakeholders and update on project progress
  • Identify process improvements to achieve organizational goals
  • Project support for Business Transformation initiatives
  • Support M&A Integration activities for ongoing deals

 

What We're Looking For

The M&A Integration and Business Transformation Team is looking for individuals who have a desire to learn and gain experiences across the depth and breadth of Marvell.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work 2-3 days on site in either our Austin or Santa Clara location
  • Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2025 – Spring 2026
  • 0-1 years of previous work experience in Project Management, Consulting, Business Operations, and/or related fields
  • Able to effectively partner and communicate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Central Engineering, Facilities, etc.)
  • Can quickly grasp Business fundamentals including but never limited to Project Management, Finance and Accounting, Operations, Communications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders across the company

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions
  • Team player, pro-active and action-oriented, anticipates needs, is assertive, and is highly accountable
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and details concurrently
  • Adept with current technologies (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and align integration with overall business goals
