Hiring Swim Instructors! Do you want to spend your summer on a lake in Maine, teaching campers to swim with an amazing staff from around the world? Come join our team! 

Lifeguard certification is offered during orientation and required for all our Waterfront staff. Other areas include sail, windsurf, waterski & wakeboard, canoe, kayak, fishing and beach volleyball.

Days are divided between bunk responsibilities and working with campers in your activity area. The schedules are built so counselors have a chance to work with kids in other areas as well. Our staff goes on day and overnight trips with their campers. Staff can use the camp facilities during time off.
