ATRIA Consulting is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is currently studying Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field and is eager to make a real impact. A general understanding of social media and business, along with excellent writing skills, is essential. This role aims to drive traffic to our website, generate leads for new business, and help expand our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing a strong social media presence across various platforms.
• Develop and execute email campaigns for business development.
• Create engaging content for our social media channels and website.
• Explore strategies to grow our following and encourage reviews.
• Optimize web pages following SEO best practices.
• Build and maintain a social media presence to connect with candidates.
• Share relevant articles and blog posts on company social media.
• Develop a social media content calendar.
• Create template descriptions for job openings.
• Research and identify paid and free career sites for sourcing resumes.
• Generate monthly reports tracking marketing progress.
• Provide updates on marketing initiatives.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, with at least sophomore year completed.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Professional drive and a proactive attitude.
• Solid understanding of various marketing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
