We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The LCSW-C Therapist will provide high-quality clinical therapy services to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address mental health issues and to promote overall well-being. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and sometimes group therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. Therapists have the discretion to work with their ideal client and to create the schedule that best works for their personal needs. 

Job Type:

• Contractual/1099
• Minimum of 10 billable hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
• Stay current with best practices in clinical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Maintain a “full” caseload based on employment status.
• Meet weekly requirement of billable hours per week.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Current LCSW-C or LMSW licensure in Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active email account and internet access.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
