Role Description
 

This is a full-time paid on-site role for an LPC/LCSW Counselor at Shenandoah Community Health Clinic in Woodstock, VA. The Counselor will be responsible for providing social work and mental health services, conducting case management, and addressing behavioral health concerns on a day-to-day basis.
 

Qualifications
 

• Social Work and Medical Social Work skills
• Experience in Case Management
• Mental Health and Behavioral Health expertise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Resident or LPC or LCSW licensure in Virginia
