Position Details

Salary Range

• New Graduates: $75,000 - $78,000 per year
• Experienced Therapists: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (negotiable based on skills and certifications)
• Top Earners: Experienced therapists with specialized skills may exceed $100,000 annually
• Clinical Directors: Starting at $100,000, potentially exceeding $200,000, including profit-sharing opportunities
• Weekly Earnings (Based on Experience): $1,500 - $2,000

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier outpatient physical and occupational therapy services
• Deliver high patient satisfaction and measurable health improvements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to document patient progress (Prompt EMR preferred)

Qualifications

• Experience Level: All experience levels are welcome, including new graduates and experienced clinicians (up to 15 years of experience)
• Patient Load: Experience managing approximately 55-60 patients per week is preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records (Prompt EMR preferred)
• Values: Passion for quality patient care and long-term career goals in therapy and rehabilitation
