Junior M&A Analyst
Responsibilities
- Compiles and analyzes data required for merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects
- Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis
- Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization
- Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings
- Assists with project management activities
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent
- Requires 2-4 years of related experience
- Ability to be onsite in Windsor Mill, MD

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
