Pay: $90k+ Salary (commensurate with experience) and $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling

Work setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Job Summary: St. John's Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Design and implement effective treatment strategies that address the specific needs of both inpatient and outpatient populations.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises, and manual techniques to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for continued improvement and prevention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques through ongoing education and professional development.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming.
  • Experience: Previous experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required.
