Overview:
We are offering a full-time, unpaid internship for highly driven and hard-working individuals to join our Sales Team. This role is not for the faint-hearted—we are looking for those ready to dive in, take on challenges, and learn through action. Key Details:

• Position: Unpaid Full-Time Internship
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (NYC time)
• Internship Duration: Now through December 31 or May 31 (based on your availability)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in various industries.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through email, phone outreach, and networking.
• Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring you’re always following up and driving them forward.
2. Cold Calling & Outreach:
• Engage in cold calling to reach potential clients, generate interest, and move leads through the sales funnel.
• Execute targeted email outreach campaigns, presenting our offerings in the most compelling way possible.
• Stay persistent in your outreach, with a focus on creating relationships and generating conversions.
3. Sales Presentations & Pitches:
• Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients.
• Work with the team to create personalized proposals that meet client needs.
• Take part in live pitches and presentations, learning the ropes by being in the thick of action.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the service and address any needs or concerns they may have.
• You’ll be responsible for maintaining consistent communication, acting as a key point of contact.
5. Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies for different markets and sectors.
• Analyze performance, track your progress, and suggest adjustments to improve outreach and closing rates.
• Be involved in real, hands-on missions that require you to think on your feet and adapt as needed.
6. Closing Deals:
• Learn how to negotiate terms and close deals, getting directly involved in finalizing contracts.
• Support the team in driving leads to close, ensuring all necessary paperwork and agreements are in place.
• Your success will be measured by the deals you help bring in and the impact you have on revenue.
