Campus Director

A Biggabed Campus Director is so much more than just some “campus rep.” Being a
Campus Director is meant to be an entrepreneurial, owner-level experience, being fully
involved with every aspect of running the business.


In essence, Campus Directors are the voice, brain, and body of Biggabed on campus:

 

  • Voice: Communicate and pitch what Biggabed is and does to the school
    administration and fellow students.
  • Brain: Within the defined Biggabed systems, organize necessary actions, think
    through them, and solve any problems that come up.
  • Body: Do the necessary, on-the-ground work that comes with renting our product
    to your fellow students.


AKA, a Biggabed Campus Director IS Biggabed.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least one full academic year left on campus.

 

What You'll Do:


Student-Centered Management & Service:

  • Be the bridge between Biggabed, your college, and your peers, communicating
    with the school, potential and active customers, as well as the Biggabed team.
  • Offer top-notch customer service and build strong connections within the student
    body.
  • Ensure the quality of our product and create an exceptional service experience
    for students and parents.
  • Lead and guide your management and logistics teams to ensure everything runs
    smoothly.
  • Set operational, marketing, rental, and customer satisfaction goals, track their
    progress, ensure they’re met, and provide feedback.


Operational Wizardry:

  • Organize the logistics of bed movement during the school year (initial receiving
    of product, storage, delivery to and pickup from students) working closely with
    your team and the school for a seamless experience.
  • Recruit and train a logistics team to help with bed movement, storage, and
    operations.
  • Keep track of inventory and maintain quality checks to plan for future needs.
  • Address and solve any product-related issues as they arise for customers.


Creative Marketing & Sales Savvy:

  • Plan and run exciting marketing campaigns with help from the Biggabed team,
    everything from putting up posters to running on-campus events.
  • Maintain your school’s Biggabed social media presence, (primarily Instagram) by
    following Biggabed schedules and assisting in creating engaging and real
    content.
  • You’ll know what works best to spread information at your school, it will be your
    responsibility to communicate what Biggabed does effectively and consistently
    to your peers, in as many forms as possible.
