School Psychologist (Contract) (eligible for travel/locums)

Location: Little Miami Local School District, Morrow, Ohio (4th & 5th Grades)

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Model: Hybrid (Half onsite, half remote for charting and reporting)

Job Description:

Little Miami Local School District in Morrow, Ohio is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This role will focus on providing psychological services to students in a grade 4/5 building.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in 4th and 5th grades.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' needs.

Provide counseling and support services to students, families, and staff.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to promote a positive learning environment.

Assist in the development of intervention strategies and support programs.

Work closely with the school psychology case manager to observe, administer academic assessments, schedule, and review records.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in School Psychology.

Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.

Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with some tasks performed onsite and others completed remotely.
