Brand and Vendor Relations Specialist

Full-Time Opportunity - Brand and Vendor Relations Specialist (Unpaid)

Overview:
We are looking for the best of the best to join us as an unpaid Brand and Vendor Relations Specialist in a full-time capacity. This is a high-impact role that focuses on continuing to grow our vendor network and brand partnerships. You will be at the forefront of driving our platform’s expansion by building strong relationships with current vendors and actively pursuing new brands. Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Recruitment & Outreach:
• Proactively seek out new brands and vendors to join our platform by identifying opportunities and conducting outreach.
• Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential vendors, highlighting the advantages of partnering with us.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective vendors, ensuring continuous outreach and follow-up to onboard high-quality brands.
2. Brand Partnerships:
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top brands, ensuring their success and growth on our platform.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial relationships with each vendor.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders to increase visibility and enhance the credibility of our platform.
3. Vendor Onboarding:
• Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
• Work cross-functionally with teams (IT, marketing, operations) to ensure vendors are set up for success and that products are listed correctly.
• Provide ongoing training and support to vendors, helping them optimize their product listings and improve their performance.
4. Vendor Relations & Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor inquiries, offering timely and effective support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with vendors to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
• Actively gather vendor feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive operational enhancements.
5. Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine our vendor acquisition and retention strategy.
• Identify and act on market trends to continuously attract new vendors and brands.
• Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that increase vendor engagement and product sales.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track vendor performance metrics to ensure the success of partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on vendor acquisition progress, partnership success, and overall satisfaction.
• Use data to make recommendations for improving vendor onboarding and retention processes.
