Pay: $90k+ Salary (commensurate with experience) and $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to children with a variety of developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our young patients improve their physical abilities and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate families on home exercises and strategies to support ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with pediatric therapy practices and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming.
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and families.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
