Join our team as a global advisory consulting intern and embark on an exciting journey to support the newly rebranded and realigned advisory organization at Genpact. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with industry advisory teams, service line advisory teams, and chief information officer/chief data officer advisory teams. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to various initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include supporting industry advisory growth across various sectors; engaging in functional advisory projects; participating in technology, data, and artificial intelligence advisory projects; conducting research and analysis; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence. Responsibilities
- Provide relationship management support and leverage to Global Advisory Partners such as managing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and documenting actions/follow-ups.
- Establish and maintain relationships with client projects & engage stakeholders
- Provide business development support and leverage to Global Advisory Partners
- Developing and enhancing PowerPoint presentations, refining business requirements, and designing solutions
- Support business development by crafting case studies to support further business development
- Reach industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients
- Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities
- Identify opportunities & process improvements for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement
- Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients
- Handle project management activities, including planning, reporting scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources in the project
- Execute project activities and produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements
- Create project status reports for executive-level representation and call out issues on a timely basis
- Handle scope and deliverable quality, including full lifecycle traceability in documentation across project workstreams

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Education
- Rising senior in the pursuit of a bachelor's degree or rising second-year Masters/MBA in either of the following disciplines: Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – verbal and written
- Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
- Able to create & maintain relationship easily
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
Bonus Points:
- Previous part-time or internship experience in a professional environment
- Experience with MIRO, MS Visio, and various project management applications
- Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
- Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques
- Knowledge of project planning techniques.
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
