We are currently seeking college students to participate in the WSFS Bank 2025 Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid internships which offer formal onboarding, mentorship, peer interaction, project work, and executive exposure, as well as volunteer and social events. Internship opportunities are available with various Bank departments, including:
- Bank Operations
- Commercial Lending
- Consumer Lending
- Mortgage
- Cash Connect
- Risk Management
- Small Business Lending
- Consumer Strategy
- Human Resources
What Our Internships Offer:
- A fun and engaging orientation day specifically designed for Summer Interns
- A comprehensive internship curriculum, including a specified learning path, networking roadmap, and framework for a division-level team project & presentation to senior leaders
- A dedicated network of support, including a formal mentor and peer-to-peer interaction
- Access to networking, volunteer and community service opportunities, and as well as exposure to WSFS Bank executives
- Social events to engage with peers and division leaders
- Participation in business line workshops, DE&I resource groups
- Potential opportunity to join WSFS as a full-time Associate upon successful completion of your summer internship (rising Seniors only)
- The Internship Program begins Monday, June 2nd until Friday, August 8th.
WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A business-related or related college major is preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2025
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
- Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting in June and ending in mid to late August.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
