Strategic Assistant Intern

Position Overview: As a Strategic Assistant Intern at Financial Growth Partners, you will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals in the financial services industry. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you will contribute to the success of our clients and gain valuable insights into the world of boutique financial services.  

Responsibilities:  

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, providing support in financial planning processes.  

Client Attraction: Contribute to client attraction efforts by participating in outreach events, and assisting in the creation of strategies to attract new clients. 

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our team of financial professionals, contributing your unique perspective and ideas to collective decision-making processes.  

Client Meetings: Attend client meetings alongside experienced Advisors to observe and participate in discussions.  

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and market conditions to contribute meaningfully to client discussions.

Qualifications:  

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree   

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.  

Requirements:   

Home address located in Financial Growth Partner’s Territory (PA, WV, DE, MD, VA or DC)   

Ability to be in a physical hub office for the internship 

Eagerness to pass your state Life, Accident & Health Exam within 30 days of an offer
