Job purpose
Joining the BorgWarner IT community is an exciting way to gain valuable work experience while learning and utilizing new skills and techniques in a real-world work environment. The BorgWarner IT Service Desk Intern interacts with many different IT teams such as IT Security, Enterprise Networking, Server Hosting, and Client Services technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor Incidents and Service Requests for the Enterprise Service Desk assignment group in the ServiceNOW system.
- Create, review, update, and optimize knowledge articles in the ServiceNOW system.
- Monitor and review the Customer Experience dashboard in the ServiceNOW system.

- Basic knowledge of common IT business systems such as Microsoft Office and knowledgebases
