Administrative Assistant - Curriculum Review and Program Assessment

Summary of Job Duties:

The Adminstrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Curriculum Review and Program Assessment, as well as to the Office of Strategic Analytics and Insights. Shared responsibilities include providing professional office reception, managing office equipment and supplies, assisting with travel, entering appropriate transactions in Workday, and completing special projects as assigned. This position regularly interacts with other members of the Provost’s Office staff and occasionally assists them with special projects or tasks. Additionally, this position assists the director in researching and preparing reports and developing, revising and recommending administrative policy and procedure updates. This position provides support for AHEIS state reporting and maintains multiple spreadsheets that are utilized by SAI staff for reporting. This position regularly monitors the lists of approved departments/degrees posted on ADHE’s website and reports discrepancies between those and the corresponding data recorded in campus systems and/or spreadsheets to the director.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Formal education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

At least two years of experience in office administration or related area

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with colleagues

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level is required, including the ability to create, format, and maintain documents, tables, and reports effectively

Salary Information:

$17.50 per hour
