Part-Time- Up to 29 Hours per week 

Typical starting pay for this position:  $14.40 - $18.46 Hourly

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, Facilities Maintenance and Office Services has a part time vacancy for Stock Clerk II.

Summary:

To receive, store, issue and deliver supplies and equipment while keeping inventory records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or high school equivalency credential. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.

Experience: One year's experience as a stock clerk. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

License/Certification: Valid driver’s license and/or access to transportation for use in statewide travel.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Fill the emergency, monthly, and quarterly form requests from the district and interdepartmental offices to ensure an adequate supply of forms for use by the Agencies.
  • Receive and inspect all goods for the Division of Human Services, Division of Public Health, Division for Children and Youth Services and Division of Elderly and Adult Services to ensure that all items are received undamaged and that inventory tag numbers are assigned. Receiving responsibilities are also provided for the other agencies located within the building.
  • Deliver the emergency, monthly and quarterly form and supply orders for the District offices for use in agency programs.
  • Assemble and performs minor repair of office furniture and equipment.
  • Package forms and supplies to be shipped via UPS for delivery to district offices.
  • Move office furniture, and equipment to and from the state office and district offices interdepartmentally to allow for efficient utilization of available equipment.
  • Transfer classified material for storage and destruction of case records which must be retained in accordance with Agency and federal policy.
