The primary functions of a Math/Stats Tutor are to assist students in the learning process to become independent learners; help improve students’ understanding of 1000- and 2000-level math content (i.e. Algebra, Calculus, Stats).  Through employment at The Learning Center, student staff have the opportunity to pursue Graduation with Distinction in Peer Education.
