We are a dynamic hybrid workplace environment that requires at least 2 days a week in the office.
OUR BANK - The Federal Reserve is the central bank of the United States and is one of the most influential, trusted, and prestigious financial organizations. It consists of twelve Reserve Banks located around the country and the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta territory covers the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which includes Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and portions of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The Atlanta Fed and the other Reserve Banks play an important part in all three of the Fed's functions: monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and the operation of a nationwide payment system.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT:
Will participate in Third Party Risk Assessments and Policy reviews. Cyber landscapes and external threat reviews. Intern will have the following tasks:
Assistance with documentation of compliance remediation plans and policy exception requests
Assistance with coordination and evaluation new intake and consultation requests
Assistance with metrics and risk reporting activities
Assistance with coordinating Department records management activities
Assistance with development and maintenance of process and procedure templates
Assistance with service request submissions to National IT teams in support of local and System projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum cumulative GPA above 3.0 in academically rigorous curriculum.
- Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Sharepoint
- High level knowledge of risk management standards
PREFERRED MAJOR:
Computer Science
Cybersecurity
Management/Computer Information Systems
CORE COMPETENCIES:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
· Great work ethic and detail oriented
· Comfortable working across time zones to complete projects in a timely manner
