ARS FMAD Travel Program Specialist (Virtual - Beltsville, MD) Spring 2025

USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for a Travel Program Specialist at Financial Management and Agreements Division: USDA ARS in Beltsville, MD for Spring 2025. Responsibilities include:

1.Review Exception memos, 

2. Assist with conference packages, 

3. Serve as back up for travel authorizations for NIFA. 

4. Assist with writing and editing policy 5. Monitoring portal tickets

Pick up exception memos from the portal, review for policy and grammatical accuracy, and submit to exception memo reviewers. Be a POC for exception memo questions. Approve travel documents for NIFA when the Travel Management Specialist is out of the office or unavailable. Review policy documents for updates.
