What you'll do:
- Drive outside-in diligence activities, like market scans, competitor assessments, and customer KPI analysis
- Support in building the pipeline of diligence targets for Boomi

- Evaluate which capabilities to build out via partnerships; and analyze potential partnerships
- Help coordinate and prepare for cross-functional meetings
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to drive operational efficiency and financial performance
What you'll need:
- Juniors, Seniors, or Masters enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, shown through extra-curricular activities
- Growth mindset, flexible and open to learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for Tech and M&A and a desire to learn about the strategic decision-making process
