What You'll Do: As our Construction Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of each project – from initial estimation and bidding to final close-out. You'll own the coordination, budgeting, and management of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest standards. You'll lead teams, communicate with clients, and make decisions that drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven skills in Construction Project Management with a knack for handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Solid experience in budgeting, project coordination, and scheduling.
• A natural leader who can motivate teams, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and the latest best practices.
• Training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements:

• Managed at least one project (construction or non-construction) within the last 12 months.
• Familiarity with construction drawings.
• Familiarity with industry-standard terminology and commercial building methods in California.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills – you’ll be the main point of contact for clients.
