Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data management – Organize and clean up data to ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
  • Updating reports – Keep reports up-to-date and ready for review.
  • Financial workflows – Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.
  • Client gifts – Handle the selection and sending of thoughtful gifts to clients.
  • Travel arrangements – Organize travel plans, from flights to accommodations.
  • Purchasing – Help with sourcing and buying items for business and office needs.
  • General administrative tasks – Provide support where needed in everyday business operations.
  • Website updates – Make simple updates and edits to the company website.
  • Social media publishing – Assist with posting content and keeping social media channels active.
