Deployment Associate (Mandarin)

Responsibilities:
- Project a positive imagine when representing AIYA to clients and the community.
- Shipments: Ship out and receive packages. Seek quotes for shipping costs from different
shipping companies when necessary.
- Inventory: Manage inventory to make sure it is in order and up to date.
- Track shipment make sure they are delivered on time and correctly.
- Collaborate with ACCT team for monthly Inventory reconciliation. Perform inventory
counts monthly to make sure inventories matches records as in ACCT's book.
- Track packages that shipped to us to make sure we receive them on time and correctly.
- Contact the carrier to claim missing packages.
- Other tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Office, CRM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
